Delivery
It usually takes about 1-4 working days from the time you place your order until you receive your order.
Our goal is of course that you receive your order as soon as possible. We usually ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we have received and packed your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation that your package is on its way to you. To ensure a smooth delivery, it is important that you have the same name on the door/mailbox as the one you stated when ordering.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Deviations may occur during holidays or promotional periods.
Return
We are happy to help you return your item. Please ensure that the item is in new condition and in its original packaging, and that the exchange is made within 30 days of receiving the order. You cannot return used items.
It is important that you contact Softybag customer service with information about which product(s) you want to return. Provide your order number and which product(s) you want to return. We will register your return and make the refund.
In the event that we do not have the desired product, we can offer an equivalent product or a refund.
Refund
Refunds are made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The amount is usually refunded to your account within 7 working days from the day we receive your return. If payment was made via invoice, the amount paid is refunded directly from Klarna.
